Professional Credentials

I have a B.A. in Communication Disorders, PGCE (Post Graduate Certificate) in International Education, and M.A. in Special Education.

I hold Indiana educator licensure in Middle School Mathematics and Intense Interventions. I am an accredited Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) by the Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of North America.

I am proficient in American and Ugandan Sign Languages, an experienced tactile signer, and have advanced skills in Unified English Braille. I am also trained in Prelinguistic Milieu Teaching.

Learning should be life long

I am currently completing my certificate in literary braille transcription through the Library of Congress and I am a proud member of the National Federation of the Blind Teachers of Tomorrow 2024 Cohort.
